I am wondering if nnyoae can answer a question for me regarding a child support order. My daughters mother who is the custodial parent claims to be paying for daycare costs. However, I know she is not. Does she have to prove this cost to the court? I have three other children that I am supporting and do not have the extra income for this if she is not really paying for daycare. Can nnyoae answer this for me? We both live in California. Is there a mandatory daycare amount that I have to pay even if she is not attending?
